- Providing legal advice related to the company's internal dealings, including but not limited to:
- Reviewing internal employment contracts concluded with employees and their compliance with the Saudi Labor and Workers System.
- Drafting contracts if you wish to conclude them with others.
- Responding to legal consultations sent to you/by you and related to the company.
- Preparing legal regulations and systems for companies.
- Coordinating and following up on acquisition, merger and liquidation operations legally.
- Providing opinion and advice regarding disclosure of interests.
- Providing opinion and advice regarding disclosure of ownership.
- Providing opinion and advice in the field of commercial and collective investment activities.
- Registering trademarks, registering intellectual and industrial property and patents and protecting them from infringement.
- Providing legal advice related to cases and claims filed by the company and filed against it, including but not limited to
Attending court sessions (General Court - Commercial Court - Criminal Court - Enforcement Courts).
- Attending sessions in quasi-judicial bodies (Primary Authority at the Labor Office - Supreme Authority for Settlement of Labor Disputes - Customs Committees - Zakat Committee), and administrative decisions issued against the company.
- Studying the claims and lawsuits filed by or against the company and providing legal opinion on them and preparing a legal study for each lawsuit and meeting with you periodically to discuss what is contained in it.
- Amending the company's articles of association, partners' decisions and its records at the Ministry of Commerce.
