Representing our clients from abroad and helping them organize their commercial activities in the Sultanate and in choosing local agents and commercial distributors.
The office works as a legal department affiliated with the company or as a legal advisor to the company, carrying out all aspects related to the management of the company from the legal aspects and preparing executive regulations and controlling and organizing the legal relationship with workers and providing legal advice related to the daily work of the company and translating documents and drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements and arbitrating negotiations, mediation and arbitration in all legal issues facing the company.
Providing the necessary legal support and assisting the company in drawing up, following up, evaluating and reviewing the administrative and legal policies related to its internal system.
Taking the necessary measures regarding the collection of debts and all cases and lawsuits filed by or against the company, and following up on the implementation of issued judicial rulings and other decisions in which the company is a party.
Holding periodic meetings and meetings with the company's officials and employees at various levels and grades with the aim of introducing and informing them of the latest developments in the systems and laws related to the management of the company's business, its competencies and the requirements for performing their tasks and helping them understand the correct foundations in performing their tasks to ensure awareness of legal issues to achieve the company's goals in accordance with the law.
Legal representation of the company before all courts of all levels and types in all commercial, criminal, civil, labor, banking and financing transactions, social insurance, investment, administrative and tax disputes, intellectual property rights, information technology, and representation before police stations, public prosecution, and competent authorities, and in board of directors meetings, and with other companies and institutions inside and outside the Sultanate through affiliation with other offices. - Representation of Gulf, Arab and foreign companies and providing all services required by their commercial activities in the Sultanate in terms of completing the procedures for issuing and renewing various licenses, follow-up and administrative supervision, and providing the necessary legal support to manage their business.
- Legal representation of clients from inside and outside the Sultanate before Omani courts of all types, as well as before the competent authorities in all cases related to taxes and tax disputes.
- Completing procedures related to import, export and customs clearance with the competent authorities in the Sultanate according to the legal foundations and procedures followed.
- Providing legal consultations in the field of customs according to the laws in force in the Sultanate.
The office represents clients from inside and outside the Sultanate in collecting money and debts due and defaulted through litigation procedures before the courts or through alternative methods. Our methodology in this field depends mainly on friendly methods such as negotiation, mediation and settlement to reach appropriate solutions and treatment.
