Preparing and drafting civil, commercial, and administrative contracts, both international and domestic, reviewing them, negotiating with third parties regarding their terms and requirements, proposing solutions to any legal and Sharia-related issues that may arise during their execution, and following up on their implementation in the following areas:

(a) Civil Contracts: sale, lease, loan, construction and subcontracting, employment, agency, deposit, custody, guarantee, and public construction.

(b) Commercial Contracts: agencies, trade names and trademarks, commercial sales, companies of all types, commercial mortgages, guarantees, transportation, financing, investment, and supply.

(c) Administrative Contracts: reviewing contracts that our clients enter into with government entities, participating in pre-contract negotiations, resolving issues that arise during execution, and claiming rights resulting from them, either amicably or through litigation.
