- Preparing the legal regulations and systems for companies.
- Coordinating and following up on acquisition, merger and liquidation operations legally.
- Providing opinions and advice regarding disclosure of interests.
- Providing opinions and advice regarding disclosure of ownership.
- Providing opinions and advice in the field of commercial and collective investment activities.
- Registering trademarks, registering intellectual and industrial property and patents and protecting them from infringement.
