Establishment of companies
• Establishment and establishment of companies and types of companies of individuals or financial companies such as solidarity companies, sponsorship companies, entourage companies, shareholders, limited liability companies, etc.
• Regulation and amendment of company statutes, partnership agreements, transfer of shares and integration, as well as liquidation of companies, bankruptcy month and other related aspects.
• Providing legal advice to clients and representing them in attendance and participation in meetings.

• The Office acts as a legal department of the company or as a legal adviser to the company, which performs all aspects of the legal management of the company, prepares executive regulations, regulates and regulates the legal relationship with the workers, provides legal advice on the day-to-day business of the company, translates documents, drafts and reviews contracts, agreements, arranges negotiations, mediation and arbitration in all legal matters that the company disputes.
• Provide the necessary legal support and assist the company in the design, follow-up, evaluation and review of administrative and legal policies relating to its internal system.
• Take the necessary action on the collection of debts, all cases and proceedings brought by or against the company, and follow up on the enforcement of judicial decisions and other decisions to which the company is a party.
• Periodic meetings and meetings with company officials and employees at all levels and levels, with a view to informing them and keeping them informed of the regulations and laws relating to the operation of the company, its terms of reference and the requirements for the performance of its functions, and helping them to understand the correct basis for the performance of their duties in order to ensure that legal issues are made aware of the objectives of the company in accordance with the law.
• Legal representation of the company before all courts and tribunals of all kinds in all cases, commercial, criminal, civil and labor disputes, banking and finance transactions, social insurance, investment, administrative and tax disputes, intellectual property rights, information technology and representation at police stations, prosecution and competent authorities, at meetings of the Board of Directors and with other companies and institutions within and outside the Sultanate through association with other offices.
• Representing Gulf, Arab and foreign companies and providing all the services required by their businesses in the Sultanate in terms of terminating procedures for issuing and renewing various licenses, monitoring and administrative supervision and providing the necessary legal support for the conduct of their business;
Legal representation of clients from inside and outside the Sultanate before Omani courts and tribunals, as well as before the competent authorities in all tax cases and tax disputes;
• Termination of import, export and customs clearance procedures with the competent authorities of the Sultanate in accordance with the established legal rules and procedures.
• Provision of legal advice in the field of customs in accordance with the laws in force in the Sultanate.
• The Office represents clients from inside and outside the Sultanate in the collection of money and debts owed and defaulted through court proceedings or through alternative means.
